Esme Learning Refund, Discount and Deferral Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.esmelearning.com operated by Esme Learning Solutions Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy is in addition to your minimum statutory rights.

Refunds

Six Week Class or Programme

If you decide you don’t wish to proceed with the class or programme, you may request a refund in the form of a credit by contacting us before the release of Module 2 of the class or programme. If you have paid for the class or programme in full and contact us before the release of Module 2 of the class or programme, we will issue a credit allowing you to enroll in one (1) subsequent class or programme of equal or lesser value for up to one (1) year from the date of your initial enrollment. Subject to your statutory minimum rights including the right to withdraw, no refund will be available after Module 2 releases.

You are able to register and enroll for a programme during the orientation module. When you sign up after the stated start date of the orientation module, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to the programme within 14 days of the refund cut off time and you are aware that you have less than 14 days to request a refund.

Refund credits will be offered in the form of discount codes or other methods as we may update and share with you from time to time. It is your responsibility to use an issued discount code or otherwise adhere to our instructions in order to redeem a credit. Refund credits are valid for one (1) year and void thereafter.

Executive Briefing Programme

Subject to your statutory minimum rights, these offerings are not eligible for a refund.

Promo codes

Promo codes or discount codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be combined or “stacked”. If you defer to a future presentation of a class or programme, the promo code cannot be applied.

Payment plans and failure to make payment

If you fail to make a payment after reasonable notification by the due date for that payment, we may suspend you from the class or programme and cancel your participation at our discretion, and you will not be permitted to join the online learning environment until the outstanding payment is made.

Deferrals

Life sometimes gets in the way. We understand. As part of our commitment to your professional development, Esme Learning offers you up to a two-week period to change your course start date or request your money back if you’re not fully satisfied. To qualify for a deferral of your course start date, or to cancel your enrolment and receive a refund of your course fee, your request would need to reach our Success Team before the end of Module 1. Only one deferral will be permitted per registration (for example, you can’t defer from one presentation to the next, and then defer again to yet another presentation).
